Patient Services Supervisor
New Prague, MN

The Patient Services Supervisor ensures daily procedures are being followed, work flow is sufficient to meet company goals and that the appropriate personnel are associated with the Patient Services Team. Supervises new employee training & ongoing employee training. Sets performance standards for tasks, jobs and roles of their employees, provides ongoing feedback about the employee’s performance as well as conduct performance appraisals. Regularly reviews the needs of their employees including adequate staffing. Conveys information from management to employees supervised and perform other duties as assigned by the management team.

Required Skills:

  • Knowledge of medical terminology, time management and strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft office skills, Word, Excel, Access
  • Proven track record of mentoring and developing staff to maximize performance
  • Proven organizational and management skills
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems
  • Self-starter, motivated
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Spanish verbal and written fluency over the phone, a plus

Experience required for position

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Respiratory Therapist preferred or LPN or RN acceptable
  • 3 plus years Supervisory experience in Customer or Patient services preferably supervising remote employees and call center supervision
  • 3 plus years customer service experience
  • 2 plus years call center/client services experience
  • A minimum of 3 years clinical background
  • Experience with DME product helpful
